This is my tribe! Being a full-time wife and mother to two teenagers and Blake the dog is the most important role in my life. I married my college sweetheart who I met at Temple University. After transferring from UPenn, I earned a D1 scholarship as a walk-on and eventually became the captain of the Women's Track & Field team. Originally from Philly, I spent part of my formative years in Greenville, South Carolina. I launched my professional career in New York City, where I represented top brands in consumer products, sports, and entertainment. I have resided in Atlanta for 20 years, where I own a brand consulting and crisis agency, along with a athlete-development training facility. My family is my business partner, and my priority is to ensure that we do God's work.
The Evolution of Me
Let's put it this way – life has taken me through various experiences, as it does for all of us. Each of us carries a unique story and a distinct calling. Over the past two decades, my focus has been on aiding others in discovering their own path. I've been the guiding force for many, assisting them in uncovering clarity, defining purpose, navigating crisis, and establishing or repositioning their businesses and brands. Now, for the first time, I am opening up and sharing my own story.
Some people are into fancy things. I am into trains, firetrucks and puppets LOL! I am a dedicated children's advocate with a passion for helping young minds navigate the complexities of crisis and conflict. I created Crownville, a charitable program whose mission is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel heard, valued, and understood. Crownville specializes in crisis intervention, character building and growing mindset and communications. We create children's content, resources and host children's events, plays and camps to empower children.
